2. Use the editable Word packet to insert your site-specific procedures, equipment, examples and rules.
3. Present the training. Use discussion prompts and employee examples.
4. Print and administer the knowledge check; use the separate answer key.
5. Complete any required hands-on/workplace-specific instruction or evaluation.
6. Use the attendance record, evaluation and certificate after required elements are complete.
