A simple privacy approach for a professional website.
The site minimizes unnecessary collection. Direct contact details are assembled only after a visitor chooses to reveal or use them, rather than being printed in the initial page HTML.
Information you choose to submit
If you use a contact or interest form, the hosting platform may process the information you enter so the message can be delivered and reviewed. Do not submit sensitive personal, medical, financial, legal or confidential employer information through general forms.
Public website data
The site is designed as a public professional resource. Public pages, images and resources may be indexed by search engines. Direct contact details are intentionally reveal-on-demand and are not printed in the initial page HTML.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand overall traffic and how visitors use public pages, tools and links. Analytics may record technical and usage information such as page views, approximate location, device and browser type, referral source, downloads, outbound-link clicks, calculator use and successful form submissions. Form-field contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms, and browser privacy or blocking controls may limit collection.
Live safety intelligence
Live weather-alert and mapping features may request current public data from the National Weather Service (including weather.gov/API and NOAA/NWS radar map services) and map tiles from OpenStreetMap. OSHA headlines are retrieved from the official OSHA feed through the site’s hosting layer. These services may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser request information under their own privacy practices. The site does not ask for or store your precise location for these features.
Third-party resources
Links to government, nonprofit, retailer and other external resources take you to third-party websites governed by their own privacy practices.
Affiliate and monetization disclosures
Some resource links may become affiliate links if an affiliate relationship is activated. When that occurs, qualifying purchases may generate a commission at no additional cost to the visitor. Affiliate relationships will be disclosed on relevant resource pages. The site does not represent a normal retailer link as commission-earning unless a tracked relationship is actually configured.
Plans saved on your device
The Control Improvement Lab and First 30 Days Planner process your entries in your browser. Choosing Save on this device stores a copy in this browser’s local storage. Saved items are not an account or cloud backup. You can delete them in My workspace or clear your browser data. The site does not intentionally include these entries in analytics. Avoid personal or confidential information, particularly on shared devices.
Intelligence Center preferences and notes
Preferences, saved resource identifiers and review reminders stay in local browser storage. No account or cloud sync is provided in this release. You may export or delete this data from the Intelligence Center. Do not enter personal, medical, student or confidential organizational information. Clearing browser storage removes saved items.
Manage your saved workOptional workspace accounts
If the private workspace account feature is enabled, account authentication and saved workspace data are processed through the configured managed backend. Saved workspace data is scoped to the signed-in user and is not intended for medical records, student records, incident case files, trade secrets or other employer-confidential information. Browser-only use remains available without an account.
Users can export their saved workspace data from the account page. Account deletion is provided only when the server-side deletion function is configured and tested.
